As part of its Education and Outreach Program for 2017–2018, the Statistical and Applied Mathematical Sciences Institute (SAMSI) will host a two-day undergraduate workshop on topics of current interest in statistics and applied mathematics. The program topic, quasi-Monte Carlo and high-dimensional sampling methods for applied mathematics, will be covered in depth.
The workshop will take place February 26–27 at SAMSI in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina.
The application deadline is January 3, 2018.
