The American Statistical Association (ASA) and many of its chapters and sections recognize those who have made outstanding contributions to the field of statistics or the association. Awards and competitions for statisticians also are sponsored by many societies and held yearly. Scholarships and Awards for Graduate Students—The following scholarships and awards are offered to graduate students who are studying statistics:
