Nominations Sought for 2026 COPSS Emerging Leader Award 

Nominations are wanted for the Committee of Presidents of Statistical Societies Emerging Leader Award.

Each year during the Joint Statistical Meetings, the profession recognizes early-career statistical scientists for their outstanding contributions through an awards ceremony organized by the Committee of Presidents of Statistical Societies. The COPSS Emerging Leader Award  recognizes individuals who show potential for leadership and will help shape and strengthen the field. The award is designed to call attention to the efforts of these individuals and provide a mechanism for them to share their vision with the statistical community.  

The nomination deadline is December 15.
