Current and recent college students are invited to join the community of SAS Savvy Professionals, a mentoring program that will help build their knowledge of SAS programming.
There are more than 150 analytical colleagues and professionals in the Savvy community to help students prepare for the SAS Base Certification exam or the SAS Clinical Trials Certification exam. The website also offers monthly online training sessions and access to more than 600 best-practice references, including SAS examples, SAS e-guides, and SAS video channels.
SAS Savvy student memberships are $24 a year. Enroll by December 30 to get one free SAS e-guide on Proc SQL, Proc Report, Proc Tabulate or SAS Macro Programming. Contact Sunil Gupta at Sunil@GuptaProgramming.com for more information and a demonstration.
My firm hires and places 10-15 SAS Clinical programmers and Biostatisticians every year using perm and contract means. I am hoping to build a reliable conduit of professionals to mutually benefit my efforts as well as those of my suppliers. My I join your group as a professional asset, rather than a mentor?
Thanks Kenneth for your e-mail. Yes, along with college students, we also have senior level Statistical SAS programmers, SAS Program Managers and Statisticians as SAS Savvy members. The senior level members also contribute to group discussions as well as share their experiences. I am looking forward to you becoming a SAS Savvy member. Let me know if you have any more questions.
Regards,
Sunil
