Submissions Wanted for Biopharm Student Paper Competition

Submissions are now open for the 2026 Biopharmaceutical Student Paper Awards, which recognize outstanding research by students in biopharmaceutical statistics. The awards will be presented during the Biopharmaceutical Section open business meeting at the 2026 Joint Statistical Meetings.

The top three winners will receive cash prizes of $2,000, $1,500, and $1,000, respectively. At the discretion of the Student Paper Committee, honorable mentions may also be awarded, each accompanied by a $500 prize.

Winners will present their papers during one of the contributed paper sessions at JSM and are encouraged to attend the section’s business meeting to receive their awards in person.

The submission deadline is December 1.
