Submission Open for Junior Researcher, Best Paper Awards

The International Society for Bayesian Analysis Biostatistics and Pharmaceutical Statistics Section is accepting submissions for the 2025 Junior Researcher and Best Paper awards, due November 1.

Junior Researcher Award

The Junior Researcher Award is given to a student or early-career researcher who has done one or both of the following:

  • Made important original contributions to the foundations, theoretical developments, and/or general methodology of Bayesian analysis in the field of biostatistics or pharmaceutical statistics
  • Solved a substantive applied problem with the potential to affect statistical practice in the biological and pharmaceutical sciences

Best Paper Award

The Best Paper Award is bestowed upon an individual or individuals based on their innovative use of Bayesian statistics to solve a high-impact problem in the biostatistical and pharmaceutical sciences.
