The Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences (INFORMS) awards a prize for the creation, dissemination, and use of new, unpublished cases in operations research and the management sciences. The Case Competition committee selects up to four finalists to give 30-minute presentations of their entries during a special open session at the INFORMS Annual Meeting. This year, the annual meeting will take place at the National Harbor in Maryland from November 8–11.
