New Website for Undergraduates in Computing Fields

Members of the Computing Community Consortium’s Research Community and Student Outreach Subcommittee are pleased to announce a unique new website for undergraduates in computing fields who are hoping to learn about summer research opportunities and the process for applying to graduate school in computer science.

The website contains:

  • Information about what graduate school in computer science is all about (including frequently asked questions with answers by current graduate students and faculty)
  • Advice for and insights about how to apply to graduate school in computer science (including another set of frequently asked questions with answers by faculty and students who have just been through the process)
  • Details about undergraduate summer research positions nationwide such as The URO (Undergraduate Research Opportunities) Zone
