DonorsChoose.org, an online charity that connects school projects to donations is having a contest for developers and data crunchers to build apps that will improve education in America.
Using the data offered on the site, the goal of the contest is to reveal what teachers really need in their classroom. The big winner will be chosen from the top finishers in each of the following categories: Data Analysis, Javascript, .Net, PHP, Python, Ruby, and Wildcard.
Deadline is June 20.
